Focus topic for the evening: BEING YOURSELF
Who are you? Now. Today.
Who do you want to be? Tomorrow.
Would you say, you are showing up and embodying your true self? Yes? Maybe,
sometimes? You are not so sure?

We are embedded in social norms, value systems and roles. During our upbringing, we have inhaled how to behave and how not to, what to believe and think about the world and yourself. Is this understanding in line with your own sense of yourself? Let’s explore our human essences of being oneself and perhaps make aware some hesitancies or resistance to fully own who you feel you are. Join us on exploration journey shedding light on who we are when no one is looking and who we pretend to be in the light of others.

Everyone is welcome to join. No previous experiences with Authentic Relating
practices are needed. Spread the word, bring a friend – all are welcome. We look forward to seeing you there!
