Theme of the evening: Being present

What does it mean to be present in connection? How do we stay in the moment when the clock in the back of our heads is constantly ticking? We often rush into a response, solution, or the next thing. Or we try to run away from feelings, discomfort, or awkwardness. But what if, in those moments, we’d first slow down and bring some attention to body sensations, emotions, and thoughts? In this session, you will be invited to notice and stay with what’s happening inside you without judging or acting on it. We will practice this awareness to ground ourselves and create a foundation for full-body listening – a powerful tool for deeper human connection.

During the session, you will be guided through the exercises and interactions. Most of them will be based on talking with another person in a framed way. You can experience the nourishing moment of someone who looks you in the eye for a bit longer than just a nano-second and fully let this feeling rise up in your body. Sensing into what it feels to be you in the light of another, pausing and fully embracing the moment of being in connection with another human. Sounds intriguing?
